Cancellations & Refund

At Eidos Kids, we value our students and their families and strive to maintain a transparent relationship. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions.

Enrollment Cancellation :

Cancellation by Parents/Guardians :
- If you wish to cancel your child’s enrollment at Eidos Kids, you must notify the school administration in writing at [info@eidoskids.com].
- Refunds will not be issued if admission is canceled after payment has been completed.
- Notice Period for Termination of Admission for Current Students:
  - A minimum notice of 1 month is required prior to the start of the next term, otherwise a late notice fee of Rs. 1500/- is charged.
  - If the required notice period is not met, any refund or applicable fees may be forfeited.
  - Any approved refund will be prorated based on the duration the student has attended the preschool.
Cancellation by Preschool :
- In rare circumstances, if Eidos Kids must terminate your child’s enrollment (due to non-compliance with school policies etc.), you will be notified in writing.
- In such cases, any refund will be prorated based on the period your child attended the school.

Changes to Policy :

Eidos Kids reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be communicated in writing and will take effect on the specified revision date.
